• discussed PR and what needs to be addressed at the state level
• clarity of rubrics
• summary of personal school experiences
• discussed Career-Ready vs. College Pathway
• schools can earn 1.5 points per student if they do both
• Career-Ready not really the best terminology for specific art careers (students truly NOT CR)
• Commissioner wants career pathway implemented at start of 2014-2015 school year
• written piece for capstone
• discussed bringing up issues to KDE
• Art Teacher vs. Classroom Teacher and the arts
• guest brought up concerns about certifications of those teaching art classes
• discussed bringing up the idea of minutes per domain in the elementary classroom at KDE mtg. (as it used to be)
